Account & Access
Why can’t I sign in?
You may not have a MyConfigura account yet. Please create a MyConfigura account before attempting to sign in.
Where can I find my courses?
All your enrolled courses appear in your Academy Dashboard. Click the blue Account button in the upper-right corner and select Dashboard. You’ll see a list of your active courses, along with any upcoming sessions or Self-Paced content you’ve registered for.
How long will I have access to my training?
Currently, access to your registered training is indefinite. If this changes in the future, updates will be communicated as early as possible.
Enrollment & Purchase
Why can’t I enroll in a course?
Make sure you are signed in to your account. If you see a Sign In button at the top of the page, click it and log in using your MyConfigura credentials.
Can I enroll another person in a course?
Yes. Select Buy as a Gift below the Add to Cart button. After checkout, you’ll be prompted to send the gift by entering the recipient’s email address(es). Press Enter after each email, then click OK. Each recipient will receive an email to claim the course, which will then appear in their Academy Dashboard.
Can I enroll a group of people at once?
Yes. Use Buy as a Gift and adjust the quantity in your cart to match the number of participants. After checkout, you’ll be able to enter each participant’s email address. Each person will receive an email to claim their course, and it will appear in their Academy Dashboard once claimed.
How can I confirm a training gift has been sent?
After completing checkout using the Buy as a Gift option, go to your Account and select Gifts. You’ll see a list of courses purchased as gifts, along with the status of each. If the gift hasn’t been sent yet, you can enter the recipient’s email and complete the process. Once sent, the recipient will receive an email with instructions to claim the course.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available in your Academy Account. Click the blue Account button in the upper-right corner, select Account, then choose Payments from the left menu. You’ll see a list of purchases with invoice numbers. Click the blue invoice number to download a PDF.
Is the Academy cart linked to the Marketplace cart?
No. The Academy and Marketplace carts are separate, and purchases must be completed as separate transactions.
How can I request private training?
Email training@configura.com including the courses you're interested in and your preferred format, live virtual or in-person. If you're not sure which course is the best fit, our team can schedule a consultation to help determine the right training for your needs.
Course Progress
Why can’t I move past the first step in a course?
Most courses have prerequisites. A Configura Trainer must verify that you’ve either completed the required course or passed the prerequisite assessment with a score of 80% or higher. Verification is typically completed within one business day of submitting your request. Once approved, you’ll be able to continue with the prework.
Why can’t I collect my certificate?
To receive your certificate, you must complete and pass all required quizzes and assignments for the course.
Do I automatically receive training updates?
No, course updates are not automatically included. You retain access to the content as it existed when you registered. For the latest updates, we recommend the What’s New webinars, which are free. During releases, these are available as live webinars. After the release period, they can be found as self-paced content.
